Facts indicating insanity observed by myself at the time of examination viz.:

He is restless & excited, states that everyone is accusing him of sodomy which is not the case. He talks & describes imaginary conversations he has had with imaginary people. He cries for no apparent reason.

Facts communicated by others viz.:

Frederick Neal (Attendant) Lewisham Infirmary, states he is very restless & excited & is at times quite lost, says he will commit suicide if he gets the opportunity. He says people came to him at night & drew off his seminal fluid.

He is garrulous & excitable. Says that on hot days he feels lost & irresponsible & inclined to be violent in the slightest provocation. Has an impulse that his enemies, the Higgins, are responsible for his asylum life. They crone & jeer at him & say --- have done for you this time.
