Facts indicating insanity observed by myself at the time of examination viz.:

Incoherence of ideas - Delusions of various kinds one of which that he has been accused of stealing a watch & that a large sum of money had been collected for him in consequence of his being proved innocent of the charge. Thinks he was married a fortnight ago to Maria Pewman to whom he gave the money in 2 purses at least £200, thinks the boys in the street called after him "who stole the watch" & that wherever he applies for work detectices are there to say he is a thief. For all of which statements there is no foundation.

Facts communicated by others viz.:

Sarah Ralph (Mother) states that he has been strange in his conduct for about twelve months and lately he has become excited & violent in manner.
