Facts indicating insanity observed by myself at the time of examination viz.:
Incoherent says there is a conspiracy against him a ring under the floor, boys call him tea pot signed out. Says he has loads of money, people have got it who have been working out his ideas, it's a church secret. Says somebody found their way into me although I went without tea three days, thay show it down in milk.

His wife 'Sophia Calfe' states that he beats her and does nothing all day but look out of the window & swears.
