Facts indicating insanity observed by myself at the time of examination viz.:
He is restless & uneasy. He is very suspicious watches attentively those around him. Complaining of the most trivial things such as moving the looking glass hanging up a picture placing buttons or books on the table. He seems to regard all such trivial matters as plots or important matters intimately connected with himself. He speaks of them as signs or tokens at times will not answer but points mysteriously in the air making signs at some unseen things.
Facts communicated by others viz.:
Mrs Martha Coleman (wife) states that she is afraid to live with her husband, that since his return from Banstead he is spiteful to her & the baby. He will not allow her to mangle or do other work to get a living always declaring they have enough money without. He breaks the crockery & furniture & just before his admission he was threatening. She had to have the police in the house all day & night.
