Patient lies back on a chair with his eyes closed hands crossed refuses to answer any questions not apparently taking any notice of anything.

Says patient walks about the house in his pyjamas, he cuts up his clothes, would not eat meat when he comes to England, now eats nothing but meat, imagines he is being starved always trying to dig up the garden. Geo. Wallis (Attendant) says patient refuses to eat anything but meat which he eats in large quantities ---- --- -- - . D. Alderton, Patient sits in a chair with his eyes closed taking no notice of anything said to him will not speak. Patient is melancholic. Thomas W. Brown Cousin, 40 Margravine Gdns. Patient has delusions thinks he is being starves walks about the house in his nightclothes. He was under restraint in Gladesville Gdns. Australia.

Is dull & depressed & delusional. Says he wants vegetarian diet & vegetarian shoes to prevent him getting violent. Says he thinks if he can drink some water his violent fits will pass off. At times he is resistant & resfuses to stand up and walk.
