He is in a very melancholy depressed condition alleging that people are always after him to annoy him and that they have followed him in here and are under the bed, he is unable to explain who that are or why they should want to annoy him.

John Ennis (Attendant) Paddignton Workhouse. He is very restless both by night & day, he stares about him in a wild manner fancies he sees people & things - he is under the impression that people are following him.
