He says that at times he loses all control over himself & feels that he must do something & it is when under the influence of this feeling that he threatened to murder the labour master & on another instance attempted to strike another inmate on the head with a coal shovel.

John Skinner (Ward Superintendent) says that George Fletcher throws himself into most violent fits of passion without the slightest reason. He uses most foul & abusive language, violent to the other inmates, on one occasion he tried to strike one of them with a coal shovel & also threatened to murder the labour master.
